- Learn about the history of Reiki, how it works and what it can do.
- Learn how to give Reiki to themselves and others including animals, plants and food.
- Explore energy through games and activities.
- Have fun with mindfulness, movement and meditation.
- Learn about the energy body and chakras.
- Receive Reiki Level 1 Attunements
- Receive a Reiki Level 1 Certificate and workbook
